Somebody must have made him aware he was being talked about. DOn’t think Steve has been on here in a while and all of a sudden he steps in to try and defend himself? Seems odd to me. Either way, think we would be better off if he wasn’t on here at all.

After conferring with others on this PM Steve sent with a threat that was highly unprofessional.

We are going to suspend him, until we can complete a review when Scott is back from vacation.

Ok I put 6th element on suspension and sent a PM telling him its against forum policy to launch a personal attack, and threaten the member if he doesn’t change his post. One thing to note here is that the member who made the post… Didn’t mention Steves name or business name. He posted something like they were notorious for having issues or problems. The post really didn’t come up to the level of threats and worthy of a personal attack in IMO.

When Scott is back, we’ll go over what to do. Alex, can you send me the PM that Steve sent to you?

Also if he contacted anyone else I would like to have that communication as well.

I sent an email to Scott, about the current issue with Steve… Scott is recusing himself from the decision, as he’s had positive experiences with Steve in the past.

Caught this late. Since it’s finally to bed, we’ll leave it be.

Steve threatened us with a lawsuit, because of what he posted on the forums. Not the first time. He threatened to sue the VOA, FCA, etc…

Get tiring with the constant threats of lawsuits from people who just want their way – even when it doesn’t make sense and abides by every rule and precedent.
