Charleston is amazing! Always a big fan of Pearlz Oyster Bar if you can get in – 153 E Bay St.

Very interesting “hidden” cemetery to walk through at 163 King street if your walking around town.

Carolina Ale House on Calhoun St and 104 looks right up our alley for lunch! Eta 11:30a Then off to the aquarium. Still deciding on dinner.

the aquarium is nice. spend the extra time and cash on the sea turtle thing where they take you to the hospital downstairs, its pretty neat

If you are in the area try Page’s Okra Grille, comfort food at its finest.

302 Coleman Blvd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

Wife and I will be vacationing in HHI SC in about a week (our usual vacation location). We have occasionally hopped over to Charlseton for a day visit, sadly just visiting the open air market place and battery park. We are looking for a “must see” short list and a couple of “where the locals” go to eat ideas. Since we live in a historic southern town we know how there is no “shortage of ideas” and we appreciate any suggestions! Looking forward to seeing you at NVE 2!
