Page 13 and 16 are your bullet points for the GL policy. This policy covers club sanctioned events for the coverage listed in the policy. It is called general liability as it covers club activities in general. This is to protect the club and members in the event a claim comes against the club for the club or its members being accused of damage to someone or something.
There is no “what is not covered” in any policy other than exclusions.
At the end of the day this is a General Liability Policy with fairly broad coverage. This is NOT auto Liability which is what the members should personally have.
This covers all non-driving or social events that are sanctioned by the VOA. It covers all members. This does not cover nonmembers. The only driving events covered without being scheduled are cruises/caravans. Any performance or rally or poker run would need to be scheduled and additional premium paid for in order to extend the GL to those events.
