So I swapped out the electric motor, located the fan relays one for each fan and one for hi/lo fan speed. (changed all three)
-Fan turns on for 20 seconds on low and then turns off altogether… I pulled the battery again and let it sit, plugged in and looked for codes…. nothing.
Am stumped and frustrated at this point. Will need to take it to a dealer and hook it up to one of their scanners. Hope my PCM is not acting up.

Does it kick on when you engage the a/c? I know on previous cars ive had it only kicks on at temperature or if the a/c was on to pull air through the condenser. Not sure on a viper but would guess the same… Run it to temperature and see if it kicks on?

There is a small fuse box on the passenger side of the engine compartment on the frame rail. It is between the airbox and the engine. It contains the 2 fan relays and fuses.
hope this helps.

-Hot with ac on or off. (wont come on)

Between the airbox and engine? There is one under the oil cooler on the passenger side between the engine and the side. Yes changed all of those with 2 brand new fuses and 3 brand new relays. in the owners manual it is referred to as the mini fuse box.

I’ll see you in the morning. Morgan and I will take a look at it and do our best.

So I dropped off the car this morning at Viper Exchange and a few hours later I received a call informing me that the electrical system is all fine and dandy however the ECU has shit the bed. Confirmed by swapping a couple and everything is working normally. Time for the Arrow route waiting for the MOPAR unit to be installed and will go from there (everything happens for a reason). After the troubleshooting that was done at home on my end narrowing it down to the computer, this came to no surprise.
Big thanks to FLATOUT for his friendliness and professionalism. Nice to be treated as a friend more than just another customer from get go without ever meeting before hand.

So the fix for this results in more power? I gotta be honest, I have had worse problems in my life. : )
Hey great to hear the people in this community came through for you. Good luck with everything.

Received the car back yesterday.
I ordered a MOPAR PCM mated it to the car, shipped it to Arrow re-flashed it and installed it on the car.
There is definitely a change in the throttle response, everything feels crispier, even the shifts seem to be more fluid. I have not had the opportunity to really open her up due to weather conditions but have already had about 80 trouble free miles.
Thanks to Viper Exchange (FLATOUT), I was able to get the car in and out with some extra goodies in time for this weekend.

So I have had a series of events that make sense now…
2010 Gen IV 11,000 miles
A few weeks ago I noticed that there was a very slight squeak coming from the engine bay when I first engaged the AC. This sound would quickly disappear but kept an ear out for any worsening as I figured it was just the compressor clutch kicking or something along those lines. My temperatures starting behaving abnormally last week to the point that at a traffic stop or in traffic I would hit 220F. I figured its summer time its hot here in Texas so no biggie.
Sneakysnakes took a picture of his temps in the middle of the day AC on and the temps were below 200F which really got me thinking.
-I let the car warm up past 200 and pop the hood, the driver side fan is on full blast and the passenger side fan is off. I flip the AC on and the driver side fan is still off. I end up switching off the car and manually trying to spin the fan, it was seized up….
I’m currently waiting for the dealer to call me with the replacement motor which should be anytime….
Question- I assume there is a fuse or a relay that has blown due to the motor being seized and too much load. I pulled the fuse box cover in the engine bay but don’t see any high low fan relays or fuses. Can someone please advise what i would need to change and where with my case.
