We are organizing an indoor karting event and brunch for Sunday August 18th, at 10AM. This is a rain or shine event. I will need commitments by the end of June to reserve a spot at the track.
The event will be at Supercharged Racing in Montville CT from 10am – 12pm. It is a multi level indoor karting facility with 2 different tracks. We will be running 3- 8 minute heats with up to 12 racers at a time for $66.85 (price includes license, taxes and fees). There are usually 2 – 3 races between each heat. We also get reserved bar top seating for our time there. We can always add more runs the day we are there for additional fees. They have trampoline facility, restaurant, and full bar on site.

Then from there we will head down 95 to a nice brunch at Fresh Salt located at the Saybrook Point Marina in Old Saybrook. We will have a great meal overlooking the ocean. The price is $43.95 for adults and $23.95 for kids under 12. We will be there from about 12:15 – 2pm.

If there is interest we can head up to Arrigoni winery after that (1/2 hour ride north through the scenic backroads along the CT river). That will be played by ear that day. No reservations needed for this.
