I just replaced my plastic pulleys all around. Ipsco sells aluminum pulleys that are very reasonably priced. I’ve read threads where the plastic tensioner and idlers have come apart. This is peace of mind and cheap insurance.

Everyone, be careful on the 7 groove tensioner on the passenger side of the engine, the pulley through bolt is LEFT HAND THREAD, LH. The replacement tensioner, loaded, is around $80.

Good point on the plastic stuff, and also good look out on the LH thread on the stationary idler.
