Hey Beth, I just emailed my distribution list letting people know.

Do you know if Hotmail, MSN, and Yahoo are sending @driveviper.com emails to spam/junk folders, or are they simply being bounced back to you right away?

Call regional presidents and have them send notification to members would be my quick solution. Long term would be to fight with the providers to be white listed.
Outside complaints being filed that we are spam?

Everything is just getting outright rejected. I’ve got hotmail and Beth has had to communicate with me via her work email account.

Officers,

Hotmail, MSN and now Yahoo seem to have blacklisted our driveviper.com emails and all our emails going to members with those accounts are rejected. Don, our web driver, has repeatedly submitted requests to be white listed but so far has not been successful. I’m at a loss as to how to communicate with our members and i don’t want them to think we’ve forgotten or are ignoring them.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
