Steve does great work 🙂 I notice Steve has updated the side splitters adding the raised inserts to fit into the side sill recesses. Nice work Steve :dude3:

Yes, the added bosses on the side skirts definitely helped with the fit and location. I replaced all of the sheet metal screws in the side sills with rivnut inserts that made the attachments very secure. I also used the secondary holes for further strength.

Glad you’re satisfied and it looks very well-made dude. In my opinion if you’re tracking your car and your aero equipment is proven to do something, it makes sense. If you’re hard-parker, I wish you death by a thousand tea bags.
I got no love for ricers regardless of their platform. If I’m a monk I’m not gonna walk around with a condom on my hang low for shits and giggles.

I learned something today. I had to look up hard-parker, but now I know what it means. I have aero on my viper, but rarely track it. I also looked up ricer to make sure I knew what it actually meant…
A person who makes unnecessary modifications to their most often import car (hence the term “rice”) to make it (mostly make it look) faster.
I think Dodge Vipers go pretty fast right off the showroom floor…not sure it fits this category.
Most of these riced cars (a.k.a. rice rockets or rice burners) are imports; Honda Civics, Accords, Integras, CRXs, RSXs, Del Sols Mitsubishi Eclipses, Lancers, Subaru Imprezas, however there are some domestics such as Chevrolet Caviliers, Dodge Neons, Ford Focus; small, slow, economy cars designed specifically to go slow. Please note that some Supras, Skylines, WRX’s and other higher performance imports are designed to go fast, and are therfore not always considered rice. It really depends on the severity of the case.
I don’t think adding aero parts to a viper makes it a ricer…IMHO.

I can’t say enough about the quality of build, fit and finish of Autoform’s Wing, Front Splitter and Side Splitters. The wing (Gen 4 ACR design 72″) was easy to install, though stressful to cut into the car, but fit exactly to the template provided. The wing attaches to the frame of the car and appears to be very strong. Should work great on the track. Holes lined up and installation went smoothly. The paint work on the wing was superb and the stripes matched perfectly to the factory. Steve also modified my front splitter to work with the ROE radiator cooling mods, no extra charge. The front and side splitters were very stout and I expect will have little deflection issues at speed.
Aero mods may not be for everyone, but for my track car (only gets driven on road courses) it was a perfect match. This is my version of a Gen 2 Aero Extreme. Thanks again Steve for your great work and customer service.
