Good idea and something to keep in mind. We can institute if the upstairs management/WD agrees.

We do have that in place, however if the user uses an tag to post an image from an external source, we have no control.

I tried to do a large picture a week or so ago and I could not get it huge. Large was about it.

There are ways to control even external image sizes, I'm sure Don can throw in that img css hack.Allow me to re-phrase… There’s nothing built in which I can activate to control external images. There are css hacks/addons which can be installed, but not right now. I’m far more concerned about getting the rest of the site working than I am image sizes…

WD, You took care of the smilies, so we are good for now. :web_driver::web_driver::web_driver::web_driver:

I got this as a PM tonight… So I am passing it on as I said I would. I answered her and told her I would make sure her PM was passed on to the correct people in charge of that function…

Image Resizing FeatureHI Vipergirl. I see you are a moderator so I thought to pass this on.
Firstly, let me introduce myself. My name is Mary and I am currently, the V.P of the Viper Club of Ontario. (resigning at the end of this year)
I currently admin our ontario forum which we will be closing down at http://www.ontariovipers.com/forum. We want to encourage our members to use the VOA>International>Canada>Ontario forum instead. Our Ontario forum was on a php platform. Anyway, a few years ago, I admin’d a vbulletin forum. We had a problem with members posting huge pictures. Other members were complaining that they had to scroll through too many pages to see the next text post because the pictures were too big. As such, I had to edit the image sizing default in the forum. I think the limit was 600×600 pixels but it was years ago so I don’t remember. Back then, this feature was found at admin cp > attachments > attachment manager.
You might have already known that but just thought to pass it along in case you start getting complaints.Thank you for this terrific forum and the endless hours you spend for our enjoyment. It’s very much appreciated!
