I googled “Brembo caliper bolt torque” and found this. It says 113-114 ft/lbs. They may have used a thread locker so you might have to apply some heat to loosen them.

Thanks, I have seen that spec on the WRX and other JDM forums…couldn’t tell if they were using the same caliper though. My rear Brembos are smaller and have a smaller bolt, so I didn’t want to assume that all Brembos used the same torque spec – unless they do. I just haven’t been able to get them to say either way.

Alex von Sneakysnake the Third has an extensive writeup on his car, I think page 17 he has some details on splitting his calipers apart and recoating them. He may mention the tq spec.

Thank you, I’ll check it out.

      Hello,
I am wanting to split my calipers and have them powder coated but can’t seem to find the torque spec for re-assembly – does anyone know what it is? I’ve scoured the internet and can’t come up with anything Viper specific.

      Thanks!
