      I hear with a good port and polish on a gen 3 head you can pick up somewhere between 40 and 50 horse.

      Some on this board have picked up up over 200hp with the right head job, properly sized cam, full exhaust and a tune.

      LOL you guys.

      I have heard with a bad port job…. well you know… less ponies. OP you should post up some pics of your port job. Some guys here could critique it a bit for your benefit. Or maybe your port job is already top notch!

      Since i had to put new rings and bearing in I decided to do some porting. Got one head almost done. I have done any polishing yet this is just the porting.
