I’ve been looking an affordable cat-back solution since installing my Paxton. Correct me if i’m wrong but If I understand correctly, there isn’t much difference between the mufflers themselves, its the elimination of the crossover pipes that is the real kicker. The gen4 already sounds different due to the different engine. If that is the case, the tips would be what I’m looking for. Do you have a clip, photo comparison, or anything to help me justify the purchase?

Im not sure if gen 3 and gen 4 mufflers are diff or not but i can assure you an 06 with oem cats stil in place but gen 4 mufflers/tips bolted on is a much deeper and louder than a stock gen 4 acr. Oh and x2 gets $175 per side for just the oem tips used!!

Perfect upgrade for gen 3 cars. Reduce heat and sounds incredible on gen 3’s. Seriously the oem gen 4 exhaust sound so much deeper and aggressive on the gen 3’s. These will slip right onto your factory cat pipes and ready to ride. $400 plus shipping
