Thanks for doing the leg work. I know most people say it is a must, and now that June is upon us I am starting to feel the heat. I’m gonna have to put exhaust at the top of my to do list!

I’m a little on the cheap side…according to my wife a lot on the cheap side. I purchased the wrap think that I was going to wrap the existing exhaust…After I measured the length… I would have needed a lot more than what I purchased. Came across the high flows and would highly recommend it to you. It would have taken me about the same amount of time to wrap the exhaust as it did to change it, without the same results. The hardest problem was getting the upper clamps (near the exhaust manifold) off, everything else was a breeze. A lift would be a whole lot better, but was able to do it with four jack stands.

The readings at the exhaust area were not done at the tailpipe, but rather an inch or so above the top of the tailpipe. Tom Sessions said I did not need the exhaust wrap, but since I already purchased it and didn’t want the hassle of returning I used it.

Took about 2 1/2 hours, but the sound alone (as I never burned myself) was worth the trouble.
