      What state are you in and what does the annual inspection entail? Random Technology and others have a variety of cat options in metal matrix and ceramic media to meet your needs. In general, you’ll need a higher cell count unit to get you to the numbers that most sniffer states require.

      Do they do a visual inspection? The reason I ask is that non-CARB items are a no-no in Cali from what I understand and they may have a problem with your headers even if you pass the sniffer with cats on the car.

      I believe they do a visual. I think I could get away with the headers tho. The K and N typhoon intake kit the car has I’m not sure if it is smog legal or not here in CA. I see the intake kit standing out more so than the headers as a visual.
