      Why not an ultra-Hellcat Viper to save the brand? The shorter block would allow for more room to stuff an auto/flappy paddles to also bring in more buyers. And a convertible version would get around the new head airbag issue that also contributed to the Viper’s end.

      IIRC Ralph G stated the Hellcat engine is too tall to fit in the Viper.

      At Homecoming one of the engineers said the Hemi would fit but that a computer “interference” program set at 10 mm detected interference between the engine and the frame. It would be nice to see someone try to fit one of these engines in a Viper. I know it is not a V10 but the engine clearly has nearly unlimited potential for big power and reliability.
