Weather is getting cooler and holidays time is approaching. That means it’s time for our annual members only holiday party. Typically we try to move it around each year. However we had the opportunity to make it a optional whole day event by scheduling it in tandem with Mopars at the Rock in Rockingham, NC. So we will be staying and having dinner in Southern Pines area again this year. Of course you have the option of just coming to dinner if you like.
Nov. 18th morning we will meet up at Rockingham Dragway. Gates open at 8am, but you don’t have to arrive that early. Car show registration when you arrive is $40 and includes 2 spectators passes. If you don’t want to display, spectators are $20. While there enjoy the other cars on display, racing, vendors and swap meet. Awards will be given by 4pm. After the car show we will take a 45min drive to the Hilton Garden Inn Southern Pines 155 S Hill Rd, Aberdeen, NC 28315.
Once at the hotel you can check into your room and change for dinner. For those who are not staying the night we will have a room for you to change and freshen up in. At 6:30pm we will enjoy a catered buffet style dinner in the hotels main banquet room, which we have reserved from 5pm-11pm. There will be a private bar in the banquet room along with the hotels bar available. Like usual we will have a lots of awesome viper stuff to giveaway during dinner.
Registration for dinner will be $45 per person. Please register as soon as possible at the link below. Currently limited to 50 people but can possibly be increased if needed with enough advance notice, so please register fast. This event is for dues paying members only.
