There’s two ways to join groups. one is as Juli says under “My Profile” look on the lower right panel. Click the link for “join groups”
From any screen at the top of the page there are links for “new posts” , “private messages” “community” “forum actions” ‘quick links”
click on “community” the first option is “groups” click on that and you will be at the Groups page and can join or start a new group!
