Rapid Tac’s “Rapid Remover” works VERY well also. It’s used to remove decals and stickers from paint. It also will remove dried on stuff like masking and duck tape adhesive.
I tried everything else; Goof off, Goo gone, etc. None of it worked until these wipes. Takes tree sap off paint really easy as well. I don’t have a before pic of my steering wheel, but it was really sticky … It looks brand new now.
