Ive had 100% good results seeking reasonable accomodations / exceptions ! ….extending expired dates and transferring a class to a guest comes to mind. They seemed to WANT to say YES…. not be contrary.
I am happy they worked it out to your satisfaction….sounds like it was done quickly?

Jon, that is the first time I ever had an issue. It seemed like they were trying maybe to weed out people who might really be interested in the SRT line up. Once I provided my full vin for each car and quoted them their web site info it was settled in hours. I just wanted to let others know that they are able to get a discount for previous events.
I am looking forward to going for a second time. Last time was our anniversary and this time my birthday! We really enjoyed VIR in 2006.

For those of you planning to attend. We went to VIR in 06. I was listed as owner and my husband as guest who paid to drive.
The SRT web site says $699 for a driver guest. Under the “How much does it cost” question it says that “If you have attended the SRT track experience before the returning fee is $500. Because I listed myself as the owner, and him as guest they didn’t want to give us the discount. I would have had to register him as owner and myself seperately as another registrant not a guest under his name, because I was the primary last time then I would get the discount.
This really ticked me off. We both own the Viper. We both went to the SRT track experience before.
I wrote them an email detail my vin numbers and dates and I called them. They gave us the discount. If you want to get the discount you have to be careful how you register. I also told SRT that I would be passing along this info. Don’t advertise something and then try to get out of giving the discount.
