What happened to your stockers?

I did the same with lexan sheet a couple years ago. Works good. I still broke those on mountain road runs that had lot of quick elevation changes. Still, easy quick fix.
I did ask SRT engineers what was the purpose of these and it was told to me to cause airflow turbulence to better cool the cats. I went catless and took mine off.

Am I the only one that knocked one off – they are like the curb scrapers of long ago.

Am I the only one that knocked one off – they are like the curb scrapers of long ago.Used to knock those off and break those all the time. Gen IV was worse because those are in front of the wheels. The Gen III had those behind the front wheels.

Ok gotcha I was thinking about trimming an inch off the bottom of each for a little more ground clearance

I’ve lost both of them on my Gen 3, due to speed bumps. Haven’t lost the front Gen 5 set yet. Seems they could have designed them a little more forgiving, so they don’t get ripped off so easily.

This might be old news, but, I have been trying to find some material to replace one of the wind deflectors (rectangular plastic piece in front of the front tires). The problem is, the material has to be rigid, flexible and durable, all which seem to be contradictions. I think I found the perfect product, the cost was $4.00 and I can make three deflectors. It is packaged Lexan that is 8 X 10, I bought it at Lowes in the hardware section next to the sheet plexiglass.
Here are the pictures of the packaging and the installed deflector.
