It’s a good idea, however our situation is unusual in that most (if not all) are coming over from the VCA and/or VA and VG. The region presidents at VCA are actively recruiting their members (with the exception of 2 regions that are remaining) so you suggestion is somewhat already in play. The reward for the presidents are “founding membership” and low membership numbers.
