One other thing, the club has now put in place a system that allows you to save CC info and even do auto-renewals. This has been in the works for years. Renewing is always a bit of a headache because it happens each year and is of course time sensitive (and people complain why they miss magazines – often because they didn’t renew on time, or at all). This will hopefully go a long way with avoiding common issues, but make the process a whole heck of a lot easier!

This is just a heads up that we’re less than 2 weeks away from the opening of 2018 membership renewals AND NVE3 registration! Both will be open in tandem so everyone has plenty of time to review/plan.

      For Renewals (opens Oct 1)
The process will be the same as in past years, we’ll be sending every current member a personalized email with a special link. This link expedites your renewal by prepopulating most of your information. It literally takes seconds to renew! Let’s do our best to renew early/on-time, as this avoids service interruptions to members (the #1 issue we see due to late renewal) and it also triggers your magazines, Q1 renewal packet, etc… to arrive on time. We also have a special free raffle (hosted by our sponsors) for those who register early. Be sure to renew as a Mamba level member, especially if you plan to attend NVE3 below – big discounts (we will not be able to upgrade you to Mamba midyear).

For NVE3 Registration (opens Oct 1)
Oooooh we’re so excited to open this up! Planning has gone very well and we’re way ahead of the curve. We have what should be one of the best national events ever done! Picture hundreds of Vipers and many, many more VOA members taking over the town of Vegas – the week will be madness. Lots of things planned – track day (autocross, high speed oval, and road course), special tours, car cruises, free gifts, wild welcome reception, and grand finale dinner. All that in additional to the usual shopping, vendors, auction, etc… We also have a spectacular host hotel for our event. The Delano is a 5-star hotel (we got great rates), the areas we’ve reserved for activities in the hotel are truly amazing. All this in addition to a much lower cost than before ($160 less than previous NVE’s). Price is only $539 for early bird/mamba members. On Oct 1, the NVE3 website will go live (http://www.driveviper.com/nve3), it’ll have all the details you need to plan your trip!

Of course for both the renewals and for NVE3 registration, you can do it online or call our VOA headquarters to do it for you over the phone. Keep an eye out for notifications in the next couple weeks!
