Take it to a reputable muffler shop…that’s your best bet if you want to try and change it into a true three inch system.

The easiest/cheapest route though would be to by a 2.5 to 3 inch adapter piece to mate up.

I recently read the corsa exhaust inlet is simply reduced from 3″ down to 2.5″ for factory fit. I looked at my corsa’s sitting on in the garage and it appears this is true. Has anyone modified (cut off the 2.5″ inlet pipe) at the muffler weld and installed a 3″ inlet?

If not, I’m going to have a set of lightly used, factory fit 2.5″ corsa mufflers for sale soon…
