Pretty much that. Bought an 03 Viper with a blown engine and a spare (but good condition) bottom block, however the rest of the car looks like someone stripped it short of the seats and body panels. Was expecting a somewhat cheaper entry to Viper ownership but quickly realizing this may be the opposite.
