Welcome Scott, nice machine you have there. I think I let you know this already, but if you need R29 done, call my Viper tech Jeff Palmer at D’Ambrosio’s in Downingtown PA. I bit of a drive, but he’ll do it right.

Thanks Scott. I am aware that mine needs a D29. I am building my strategy on how to get it done painlessly. Sucks if I have to drive both ways, twice. but I don’t see that work being done in a couple hours.
Look forward to meeting you guys.

I had both R28, R29, and the door handle recall done all in one morning, and I was out in under 3 hours. The door handle took the most time, the R29 alone shouldn’t take more than an hour or so. If you go first thing in the morning.

That is good to know. Thank you Sir!

Congratulations on your new purchase Scott, it looks great. I’m in Watchung, NJ just down the road from you. Looking forward to checking out your car sometime soon. Good luck with it.

Bill and other NJ guys, we can plan a meet at Buffalo Wild Wings on RT 22 in the next couple weeks if the weather EVER clears around here. My kid would get a kick out of seeing more than one Viper. Or we can go to the Cars and Coffee meet I read about?
Bill, have you found a dealer around here for service? I have the R29 Recall and I called Fullerton and he was enthusiastic but never called me back when I had him to a search for the parts pack he needs. I can drive to PA but that is a whole day off work.

Welcome and congratulations ! Beautiful car ! The rain has put a real damper on things for sure. Look forward to meeting you and seeing your car.
Scott Sorrentino at Manhattan Dodge did all of the recalls on mine while I waited. It’s right on the West Side Highway and the car sounded great in the Lincoln Tunnel.
Keep an eye out for events here:

Welcome new guy! Cars and Croissants, in the 4th link V10 provided, has meets pretty much every other weekend. Their morris plains meet would be very easy for you to find – right off 287 and onto rt10. Their Fathers’ Day meet in downtown Summit would be one I would highly recommend. As far as a meet up on our own for the club, I’d like to do a shore run. I was thinking the Sawmill restaurant in Seaside for plenty of parking. Maybe we could do that soon, before heavy traffic season starts.

I am tied up this weekend, but if you guys have a target date/time that would be great. I am typically busy with baseball both Saturday and Sunday AM so mid afternoon chicken wings is more a possibility.

Hey Guys
Just got my first Viper. A Gen V GT with 1300miles on it. It has only been out of the garage once in the week I have owned it since it just won’t stop raining here… I live 20mins due west of Newark in Basking Ridge (07920)Let me know what events and gatherings there are. I am also looking to get a R29 Recall done if someone knows a place close by that will do it. I hate to spend a weekend driving 2hrs each way for service.
Look forward to meeting you all.
x Scott
