November 13th run to Leona General Store amp Steakhouse

Wow is all we can say! Yesterday’s turnout was truly epic with about 35 cars and 70 people arriving at the Leona General Store and Steakhouse! Thank you Jerry and Laura Robinson for coordinating the event and leading the Houston group’s cruise. I hear it was rather spirited which is how we like it right? Bummer Richard and I couldn’t participate but we were there in spirit!

HVC Meeting point: Tractor Supply parking lot in Willis – I-45 and FM 1097 on the east side of the freeway

Jerry Robinson has mapped out a route that will take us directly to the steakhouse and plan to arrive around 1:00 p.m.

The steak house has wonderful homemade pies so we decided to have dessert there rather than at John and Shannon Hardin’s home since it is rather confusing to leave from after dark.
