I get a lot of individual requests regarding which members of your region are attending NVE. What I’ll do in the next couple weeks is create reports for every region so you have the names of your members who are going. This helps you remind those who haven’t registered yet, while also working with those who have already registered so you can coordinate any caravans and excursions. It’ll take me some time but I’ll get reports out to folks so we can coordinate well!
Given the communications we’re seeing, some of it would be best on the NVE2 forum that we created as people in other regions may also want to take along with different regions on the way. Seems like a lot of people are driving given the central location so it’s good to be prepared. I know some regions are creating pre and post trips that include an extra day or two so that they can do a few things on the way or at the event location. Just a heads up!
