      The agenda has been on the website since registration opened. You can refer people to this link. Yes, you’re correct. Club members are on their own for the two middle dinners.

      Can we assume that all members in our region will be assigned to the same Group A or B? and have the regions been assigned to a group yet?

      We’re working on groups this week and our plan is to keep regions together in either Group A or B. Phase 1 has been sorted but the difficult and time consuming part of sorting by track experience is underway now.

      For cruises, tours, and most things – the regions will all be together. For the track, we break things down further into subgroups, however, even in those cases you’ll likely be together (unless you have a large region that happens to get split. So the answer is pretty much yes. We want people to experience things with the friends they know best!
