Hello Viper Owners – here is the update:

The party will NOT take place this Saturday, January 23. The forecast has changed for the worse rapidly and this is the safer option for everyone.

The venue was flexible given the circumstances and will hold our deposit, no penalty for a future date. If you booked a room through the block you should have no problem moving the reservation to the future date as well. Events planning is going to give reservations the heads-up.

WE HAVE 2 Alternates available. Please email Ed or Post up here or PM back right away to let me know if you can attend one or both of these options:
Saturday February 6.
Saturday February 20.

I need to give the hotel our decision by closing time today (Friday 1/22)
