What is the wheel width and offset on the fronts? I know my F14s have a very aggressive offset – they would probably sit nearly flush on a Gen 5, but on a Gen 4, they sit a bit proud of the fender. An aggressive offset like that would certainly lead to issues like you describe, but I’m not sure if the CF5Vs are similar in that aspect.
Granted, I run a 295/30-18 up front, so the outer diameter is only ~25″. Yours are substantially taller. Both things are likely contributing here.

Yes to the offset. I just looked again and there is 1/2 of movement on the inner fender well, and that is enough. I’ll put the heat gun to it and all will be fixed. I am trying to get as much front grip as I can for Autocross. Larger diameter and wider should give me a bigger foot print.

Doing race car things sometimes leads to race car problems. There’s always a fix, and a heat gun sounds like a good place to start.

305 on the front is a prime example of; just because you can doesn’t mean you should.

Can you just get a small 1/8 inch spacer for the front wheels?

Gen 3 set at track hight, Zero tow, 1.6 Degree Camber, 6 Degree Caster, CF5V wheels: Inside wheel rubs at full lock.
What is behind the fender liner? Feels solid!
Any one have this problem?
I need like 1/32 more room, If I go Full castor and some tow it, it will make some room.
