      Question:
I am currently replacing my original expired fuel cell bladder. I believe that I will have to remove the nut ring on the replacement in order to insert the new bladder through the large oval hole. How should I go about removing that ring?

      Answer by Alex Macevicius:
After all the bolts are out the ring, it is slightly glued and you can just pry it off. Tip for installing the bladder, LOTS of baby powder on the outside of the bladder and in the metal enclosure.

I have found it best to remove the fuel tank, you can cut the rear panel out behind the tank with a cutting disc
and make the panel so its removable. Once the fuel cell is out, the top can be removed and the bladder easily installed.
It seems like a lot of work but is actually pretty straight forward.
