gas real fast, the gas nozzle keeps shutting off at roughly 3/4 of a tank. The only way I can get past 3/4 of a tank, to a full tank, is to go VERY VERY slowly. I have to stop every 5 seconds or so. It can take me over 5mins to go from 3/4 tank to full. Sometimes the nozzle won’t shut off at all when it hits full. Believe me I have tried all the tricks. Including different pumps and brands, tilting the nozzle at different angles, holding the nozzle high up towards the top of the tank, etc, etc.

I heard this is from a kinked vent line. And I believe there was a TSB out on this years ago. Does anyone know the TSB number?

I’ve looked for a TSB on this issue, with no luck? But we have found a several of the GENIV’s with the same problem as you describe. We did find that indeed the vent hose for the fuel tank was kinked. It is a fairly easy fix. With the Viper off the ground, remove the right rear wheel, remove the push pins holding the inner fender well/skirt to access the filler tube & vent hose. If the vent hose is kinked, it will quite obvious. At this point you may be able to turn one end of the hose to straighten it out or you may need to replace it if the kink does not come out.
