There are no built in aux jacks. If you have the iPod adapter kit installed you might have a 30pin connector somewhere around the dash. There are options to get aux jacks, what radio do you have? The RB1 (with nav screen) you can get a physical connector for the CD changer port that allows direct input (I have that) or you can do an iSimple Bluetooth to FM adapter (which I also have).

I have the navi screen one. I saw that it had a Aux button and thought that I would be good. Did the ACR get the CD changer port or did they hack that out as part of the weight savings. Also where does it live.

I’m not sure where the connector is in the trunk, but it’s on the back of the head unit. Here are the two items you would want to pick up:
Peripheral PXHCH3 Chrysler Harness for PXDP/PXDX
PAC Aux2Car iSimple Universal Auxiliary Audio Input Interface

Simply pop off your center consoles, pull the radio, plug the adapter harness into the RB1 port and the iSimple box. Now run the 3.5mini to RCA somewhere that you have access to with your phone and you have an aux in jack. Only downside is that when you are in AUX mode the display flips between 01:00 and 02:00.

Do the ACR’s have the center sub? I am about to upgrade the stereo in my 2006 Coupe and going with a single DIN Pioneer AVIC slide out as I don’t want to cut up the console or inside of the dash to make a double din fit. Also installing a rear view camera, 6.5″ JL Audio Sub in the stock location and most likely upgrading the door speakers as well.

      Two things.

      1. Is there and Aux jack somewhere in the car on a 2010 ACR. I don’t own any physical media and honestly I would just like to hook my Iphone up for long trips. Talk radio and the terrible stuff they have here in San Diego is driving me crazy.

      2. Is there a list of door speakers and sub that fit in the factory locations that are a upgrade to the stock stuff but fit behind the stock grates. I have seen some really cool stuff here on the net but everything has been with replacement enclosures or grates over the factory location. I am cool with the sub extension rings as long as I can use the stock grates. Just don;t want anything to flashy on the inside.

Adding a couple pounds to the car does not bug me, not going to dynomat or anything crazy just want more volume and bit more clarity without rattling.
