All Oct 1 to Dec 31st renewal & new member packets are in the mail.
As a Best Practice, CVOA Area Directors are emailing their membership to notifying them to expect the packet. In the email, they are ask to verify the extra items ordered and to notify the AD if not received. The AD will notify the President to have Bridgett send the missing item(s). If you do not have Area Directors, then either the Membership Director or President should send.
Things do get missed. The issue is not missing items. This issue is do we as President resolve the issue. We are now the face of the VOA. It is very import to set accurate expectations. With attention to little details, the VOA will be a great place for all things Viper in every region!
