I am working on a quote for $350/yr with a limit of liability of $1M and the attached coverage in VA/MD/DC/DE. I am getting the final information to Mike Kuchavik for distro to the group.

MCVO has two insurance policies with Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company.

The General Liability Insurance, is titled, “NON-PROFIT ORG” with a Business Description “SLP-Car Club”.
Annual premium of $497
Coverage:
General Aggregate Limit $2,000,000
Products-Completed Operations Aggregate Limit (INCLUDED)
Each Occurrence Limit $1,000,000
Personal and Advertising Injury Limit $1,000,000
Medical Expense Limit, any one person $5,000
Damage to Premises Rented to You, any one Premises $100,000

The D&O Insurance, is titled “NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND TRUSTEES”.
The business description is Specialty-Club. Annual premium of $350.
Coverage: Each Wrongful Act, $1,000,000. Aggregate Liability Limits, $1,000,000

I am unsure the areas covered by this insurance company.

Thanks for the info Mike. I have spoken with Bethany at Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company and they said they “are trying to expand, but are not currently offering policies…” in Indiana and/or Kentucky. Worth a shot. The Best rates I have received so far are almost double what you are showing for similar coverage.

Where are you finding Liability Insurance for your local region?
I checked with Hagerty. They will no longer cover anything with the wheels turning.
No cruising or caravans. K&K Insurance will cover General Liability for $1500 a year.
This is also with no wheels turning. Any cruising or caravans cost additional for a one day policy.
