      1. Remove Ring

      2. Lift Leather Boot
      V3.jpg
      3. Index(mark) shifter nut. Easier to re-install in correct alignment.

      4. Loosen shifter nut 16mm and 19mm
      V5.jpg
      5. Remove Shifter and Boot
      V6.jpg

      Reverse for installation.
      Torque nut to 30 LBS or tighten matching your index marks.
