So we’re in December and I’ve started the renewal reminders – it’s that time to begin getting those stragglers. The first one went out this morning. Typically we see a few hundred more renewals each time I sent one, you should have seen activity this morning. I’ll be sending them every 10 days or so. There is a direct correlation between the # of renewals and the number of reminders. So as always, let’s push. It’s sometimes of a matter of catching them at the right time.

You won’t see the renewal reminders as they are sent using a form letter that queries the database and bothers only those who still haven’t renewed. So just wanted to make you aware of what’s happening behind the scenes. It’s good if the presidents and all leaders also send their own email to their members – as sometimes driveviper.com emails go to junk folders. So please email your members and remind them of renewals. Explain that they’re in the raffle if they renew by Dec 31, explain it helps the region so they get their disbursement on time, and of course it also assures they won’t get their mailings/mags/emails delayed.
