      Brent, we checked and we’re not seeing any transactions for him recently at all. Oddly we do see a 2015/16 renewal for the exact same day you mention. Are you somehow looking at a recent email?

      Forward that email to me via email and I’ll have HQ look at it. thanks

      Looks like my mistake. The email I was looking at was from 2015. Sorry for the mix-up.

      Hello,

      I got an email showing member Kyle Clark renewed his membership on December, 29th, however, he doesn’t show up as active on the roster. I have members that have renewed after Kyle and they show as active. Can someone please check into this? This is the only one I’ve caught so far. This is how I see it however I may not be looking at it correctly.
