Brembo dealers do not seem to be distributing hardware other than bleed screws and seals for these calipers. Turns out Centric makes a replacement, part number 117.63022
Tried it out and it’s the right part. Slightly different alloy, though.
Not really a wear item, but if you change your pads a lot, having a spare couldn’t hurt.
