I got a call from my brother who is detailing some floor mats. Apparently, they are black and the product that he is using looks good for a very brief time. Anyone have a product that would restore the mats to not looking dried out and that lasts for more than a minute? Thanks in advance.

I would Google car mat restorer or similar. Many products out there but it seems the reviews are somewhat mixed. Adams, Chemical Guys, WeatherTech, all have good products in general. May want to check out a local car detailer business to see what they use.

Look for a product called Amazing Roll-Off to help get them clean. Works very well on tires too.
