Yep, it’s unlocked and can be paired to a car two more times. It has some tunes on it, but they’re locked to my old car’s PCM so they won’t do you any good.
Does anyone need one of these? I have one that I used to load tunes from Todd into my ’06 coupe, but I’ve since upgraded to a gen V and I’m trying to clear out some junk in my garage :).
