I’m 6’2 and had to put in a kit for my helmet clearance, but I also have a 32 inseam so you might be fine. Pushing the seat vertical does make it worse though. I almost fit if I pushed the seat forward and tilted it back all the way.

I recommend finding a viper at a dealer or from a forum member to try it out with your helmet on.

Im 6’1. Have a stock gen2 RT/10. I just barely fit with helmet on. I may get a lowering kit for leg comfort but height was not an issue.

IPSCO will have what you need, I have the -2″ inch on my 06 coupe.

Just remove the seat and flip the rear bracket upside down (it may have weld that need to be cut). It will drop the back of the seat ~2″ and it’s free.

That’s what I did, and it worked quite well.

Same. Angle grinder is your friend. And gives you better thigh support than the seat drop kits as well.

I guess I can try flipping the rear bracket and if I don’t like it I can always go back. Thanks for the suggestions.

Wondering if anyone had tried the Seat Lowering Kit from Viper Parts Depot on the passenger seat – in the description it says “not tested may not fit” wondering if anyone could confirm or deny that statement.  Thanks
