Here is the schedule of events for The Venom Thaw. Quick reminder, the room block for the Glenmoor closes on 3/13 and your dinner reservation are due no later then 3/24. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone. 🙂

Friday, 4/13/2018 7pm – Dinner at Quaker Steak & Lube, North Canton, OH
Friday, 4/13/2018 9pm – Comedy Show at Glenmoor (Cost is $25/person reserve tickets when you reserve your room!)
Saturday, 4/14/2018 11am – Lunch at Rockne’s, Medina, OH
Saturday, 4/14/2018 – Karting at High Voltage, Medina, OH (following lunch)

The deadline for registration has been pushed to April 4th and the room block has been extended to April 6th. Make sure to contact us at westernreservevoa@gmail.com if you are interested in coming to this years Thaw. We have some pretty cool auction items lined up for those that will be attending so make sure you come out and hang with the Western Reserve!

WOW! I’d like to thank everyone that came out to the thaw this weekend. We had a fantastic turnout and everyone had a great time. Canton OH 44718The Western Reserve VOA proudly announces our second annual Venom Thaw on April 14, 2018! The Venom Thaw will be held at the beautiful Glenmoor Country Club in Canton, OH. The Officers are still putting the final touches on the schedule and activities for the event.
Sit Down Dinner
Cocktails & hors d’oeuvres will begin to be served at 6:00pm. After a few brief introductions and announcements, dinner will be served. Your entrée choices are below. Dinner will be followed by an auction and more socializing with fellow members.Plated Entrée Selection:

Chicken Marsala
Grilled SalmonLodging
For anyone needing overnight accommodations, rooms are available at the Bertram Inn at Glenmoor Country Club. We were able to secure a special group rate of $129 per night (plus taxes & fees). The room rate and room block cover both Friday and Saturday night. To book your room reservation you can contact the Bertram Inn directly at 330-966-3600. Please book your room by March 13, 2018 to ensure receiving this special group rate.Pricing & Reservations
$85 per person
Event reservations can be made by contacting Jenn Kautz at westernreservevoa@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your entrée selection when making your reservations. Dinner reservations are due no later than March 24, 2018.
Final Request
We are looking for some unique auction items. So, if you have some Viper memorabilia that is cluttering your house/basement/garage/man-cave/etc, please consider donating it to the club to be used for the auction.We look forward to seeing all of you at the Venom Thaw!
