Is there a reason why you wouldn’t bolt it in? I don’t know. Just asking.

Why wouldn’t you get a racing mirror and bolt it to the roll bar?

      Frank,
Did you replace the windshield or did the mirror just fall off??

After trying several Rearview Mirror Adhesive Kits unsuccessfully to affix a standard rearview mirror to the Lexan windshield in my ACRX, I contacted ZAP (Pacer Technology) and their tech folks suggested I try their ZAP PT-22 which is designed for Lexan. They weren’t sure it would hold up under the vibration and otherwise rough ride in a racecar. I am happy to report that after three days at COTA and despite the major bumps between 10 & 11 and 11 &12, my mirror is still securely in place. (Just had to rough up a spot wear I wanted the “tombstone.)
