8:45 am leave hotel for museum
10:00 am RCR Museum at for a group tour of the museum and Team Store. This activity would require a $8.00 per person admission fee if we make a group reservation in advance. They will provide exclusive Viper parking in a designated area of their lot.

12:00 pm head to Childress Vineyards for a group lunch. This activity would allow each person to individually order and pay from the menu.

After lunch Winery Tour
This activity would require a $10.00 per person admission fee if we make a group reservation in advance. The 30 minute winery tour gives a history of the vineyards and an insight at how their wines are made and includes a complimentary pour of the Wine of
the Month

4:30 pm head to hotel to freshen up. 1 hour drive.

6:30 pm 10 minute walk to Nakato Japanese restaurant for a group dining hibachi experience.

Sunday:

10:45 leave hotel for GoPro motorplex for 12:00-2:00pm reservation. GoPro motorplex 55mph go kart racing. 12min practice, 12 min qualify, 10 lap final race. Lunch provided on site. (racing and lunch included with registration fee)

2:30 pm leave for hotel to freshen up

4:30 pm 10 minute walk from hotel to University City Axe house. Digital games while throwing real axes.

7:00 pm 15 min walk or Uber to Boardwalk Billy’s on the water for dinner

Monday:

7:15 am depart hotel for Carolina motorsports park. We are invited to participate in a all you can drive from 9-5 at a private track rental, lunch included ($315 extra, $15 to spectate)

The Snakes takeover Charlotte Registration
One is one of our premier events for this year. The weekend will be packed with stuff to do. We have to do registration early on this one for the Mondays private track rental that have we priority to. You have 3 weeks to register the track day to guarantee your spot. Registration is per person. You do not have to do the track day to participate in the other weekend activities. If you want to just spectate at the track event send me a email after you registered for just the weekend, or if yu have other questions. Also feel free to text Matt anytime with them 910-337-4992. This will be open to non member guest of an adjusted fee. So please foward this to all your viper friends.

$150 non-member
$300 extra for private track day +$15 per guest not driving on track.

*Saturday afternoon- automotive museum then interactive axe throwing at university city axe house.
*Saturday Evening- Club formal dinner
