So, I’m sure this is a frequently discussed topic, and I am likely getting eye rolls as people read this, but I can’t seem to find what I’m looking for in the search feature. I got my first viper monday, 2001 GTS, and upon sitting in it, I wanted to hear some tunes. Well, as a musician, I was less than impressed, so my first act is going to be to upgrade the ENTIRE stereo system in this car. My question is, as I have never been into modifying a car stereo (always had good ones in all my other cars from the factory), what is everyone using for the sub, speakers, head units and amps? I literally know nothing about the brands that are out there or what tends to sound the best. I’m not an audiophile but I certainly like nice clean and well layered music.
