Looks like a blast. Zero body roll in these cars, haha.

Nice run! That’s impressive that you were the fastest street car out there. Bone stock these Vipers are phenomenal. I haven’t done autocross since college, I’d like to get back to it. I have to admit, my road course events cost me quite a bit of cash. The appeal of auto crossing is growing on me for that reason, plus the reduced risk.

I tend to get out to the road course 3-4 times a year due to the cost and wear and tear on the car. This is much cheaper, almost as fun and as mentioned there’s very little that can hurt the car outside of running over a cone or two.

Also, you have been running some of the most wide open AutoX track layouts I have ever seen. I need to get a bit of fun-time on those layouts.

Man I’d love to have you down here, we had a great group out yesterday. I’ll PM you some upcoming dates.

Warranty transmission from Chrysler is scheduled for a November 14th delivery. Obviously that is not acceptable. I just lost $1700 Dustball Rally fee as I was not able to attend that event this last week.
:furious:
Went into Dodge Friday and had a long talk about an alternative that we could all live with and will hopefully know tomorrow if we can make that work.

Second time getting the TA on the Autocross course, and it keeps getting better and better. Absolutely love the balance of the car. This was my second fastest run of the day and it was consistently running faster than the Z06’s, Vipers,GTR’s, Camaro’s and Mustangs. I didn’t see another street car there running similar times, there were a few race cars running quicker by a few seconds on Hoosiers. My quickest time of the day was a 56.02 and this run was a high 56. The next quickest car was Slowhatch in his gen 4 at 59.0 and then his buddy went 59.4 in his GTR.
Had a great time and getting quicker is always a bonus. Thanks again Alex (Slowhatch) for coming out its always entertaining watching you wreck shop on whatever course we’re on lol.
