AZ, super fast. It ran Laguna at about 1.7 seconds slower than Pobst in the ACR. I think their shooting to get to a 1 second gap to the Sena but there not there. Search for the YouTube video. The speeds it can reach are super fast, look at how fast they are before the brake zone at the end of the front straight

He promises faster lap than any production car, once it’s fully developed. We’ll see. I always doubt him, but I end up wrong. LOL. Remember this car is nearly 3 tons, over 5500 lbs. But that 2500 lb battery is 4″ off the ground and dead center. Lowest center of gravity of any production/exotic ever made and the least rotational inertia of any production/exotic ever made. Can’t wait to see the brakes on the production car. Will be at least 17″.

curious how this would work for track sessions, can you swap batteries out? You’d need a large 220v generator at the track to quick charge in between sessions. 45 minutes gets you back to 90%, so 60-90 will get you back to 100%.
I’ve seen lots of Model 3’s at the track that do extremely well, very fast lap times on street tires and they just plug in at the track and are good to go. But if you wanted to get serious with it, just spend the dough on a big
220v generator. You could also buy a big invertor and mount in your pickup truck bed and just plug into that and leave your pickup running. That would be a lot less money than a big generator, and less hassle if you are already bringing a truck. -

Has anyone here ordered one? 1100hp and officially rated 8 second 1/4 miles.
It’s also currently 1 second behind the McLaren P1/Senna times at Laguna Seca, and it keeps getting faster. I’ve never wanted a Tesla, but this would be one bad ass Time Trial car….
