Data is the key to all motorsports. Weather your an amateur weekend racer on a tight budget or a top tier pro team with limitless resources good data is worth its weight in gold. Data gathering can also be as much or as little as you like or need. The problem for alot of amateur racers has always been “what data” and ” how much”. The answer to this problem for amateur racers is a simple acronym that many of us heard before from our high school shop teachers, drill sergeant, drill instructor, or maybe your battle axe Viking grandfather>>>>>> K.I.S.S<<<<<<<< Keep It Simple Stupid. Record only the data you absolutely need and that helps produce better results. Example: Amateur weekend racers DON'T need brake trace overlays and live tire temps. BUT you do need hot and cold tire pressures and recorded tire temps.
We have always offered all our customers for free the same basic data sheets we have used for years. You can fill in as much or as little info as you like ( remember K.I.S.S).
