Vapor Barrier part question

I replaced my window regulator but the small vapor barrier got ruined due to my kid playing with it.  It’s just the small self adhesive square and not the large one that is held in with black caulk.  Any ideas on the part number or what can be used instead?

You could likely make a good copy with some thick clear plastic and butyl rubber tape. I used this to re-secure the plastic barrier when I replaced my regulators.  Seems like the same stuff used originally.
